Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI)
Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) is a hands-on therapy approach designed to improve a child’s strength, balance, coordination, and motor development. Through carefully guided movement activities and postural challenges, DMI aims to encourage active movement responses, support motor learning, and help children develop greater independence in everyday activities. DMI can be used with children experiencing developmental delays, neurological conditions, genetic conditions, and other motor challenges.
Universal Exercise Unit (Spider Cage)
The Universal Exercise Unit (UEU), often referred to as the Spider Cage, is a specialised therapy system that uses a combination of support belts, bungee cords, and exercise equipment to assist children in developing strength, balance, postural control, and functional movement skills. The UEU allows children to practise movements in a safe and supported environment while encouraging active participation and independence.
TheraSuit Therapy
TheraSuit Therapy is an intensive, movement-based therapy approach that utilises a specially designed suit to provide external support, improve body awareness, and promote more efficient movement patterns. Combined with targeted exercises and functional activities, TheraSuit Therapy aims to improve strength, stability, balance, coordination, and overall motor function. Therapy programs are individually tailored to each child’s goals and physical abilities.
